Buying or selling your home is one of the biggest events in your life. I have represented numerous clients in selling and buying residential property. I work closely with your realtor to provide you the best service we can. I offer attorney review of Agreements of Sale.  I can prepare such an Agreement for parties who are not represented by real estate agents.

For residential buyers, I generally order title insurance, advise on aspects of homeowner inspections, deal with the financing institution, arrange for surveys, prepare the settlement statement, affidavit of title, and other required documentation. I also attend the closing with the client to ensure his or her interests are properly represented.

For sellers of property, I review contracts to ensure the client’s legal interests are protected, review the title and help redress any issues, prepare the deed and seller’s affidavit of title, and otherwise prepare all the necessary documentation required to comply with seller’s contractual obligations. I attend the closing with the seller to ensure his or her interests are properly represented.

I am also experienced in handling commercial transactions, such as the sale or purchase of commercial realty. I also draft and review lease agreements, as well as handle any landlord-tenant disputes, both residential and commercial.
