Environmental Law

Environmental LawNew Jersey has always been at the forefront of environmental law. It has had to be. NJ was one of the first states to be industrialized and it is now the Country’s most densely populated state. If its current land use practice continues, NJ will be the first state to reach full build-out. Because of this NJ has had to lead in order to meet growing needs. Given the many challenges facing the State of New Jersey, I am committed to improving our environment through my Environmental Practice.

My environmental practice is focused on representing entities, groups and individuals seeking to improve our natural environment. It is a multidimensional practice involving traditional environmental law, land use law, energy law, and other areas. The practice takes these areas of law and brings them to bear in litigation, appearances before zoning and planning boards, comments to proposed regulations by the Department of Environmental Protection, and legislation proposed by the Senate and Assembly.

Environmental Law

I am the registered lobbyist for a well-known local environmental group, the New Jersey Environmental Lobby (NJEL). As a lobbyist, I actively work in the New Jersey State House promoting legislation that will improve the environment and make New Jersey a healthier and better place to live.

In addition to my lobbying efforts, I am prepared to represent and assist environmental and local groups in reviewing and commenting on environmental impact statements for proposed projects. I am also in a position to pursue litigation in the courts and, through the administrative process, to enforce environmental rights and protections.

As part of my commitment to improving the environment, I am committed to providing quality legal advice in an environmentally friendly manner.  Read more about NJ’s environment  with Green Pages-NJ, one of the firm’s blogs.
