On Feb. 26th both the Senate Environment Committee and the Assembly Environment and Solid Waste Committee released the LSP bill without a single concern or hesitation. On Monday, March 16th, both the Senate and the Assembly will be voting on the bill. It is expected that once passed the bill will be run over to the Governor’s office and signed as soon as possible.
